Summary:
Responsibilities:
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Education & Experience:
RN with more than one year of recent, relevant experience.
Ability to manage complex workload.
Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course preferred in some areas.
Associate's degree, or Diploma RN grandfathered.
BSN preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support as needed.
Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider required.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) requi! red.
