! Degree and area of specialization:
Masters in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Educational Psychology or
Social Work with training in child development and child and infant mental health. Ph.D. preferred.

License/certification: Wisconsin Licensure as professional counselor, clinical social worker of psychologist.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in providing
counseling/psycholtherapy, conducting training and refloective consultation to home visiting staff, and providing outreach to community
agencies and clinics around maternal and infant mental health.

Principal duties:
Coordination and clinical support of Baldwin Grant to implement Mother-Infant Therapy Group (MITG)
treatment for Postpartum Depression into Home Visiting Programs.

1. Development of programming and training
2. Clinical delivery of MITG as M! other''s Group and Dyadic Therapist
3. Provision of
Re! flective Supervision
4. Collaborating on grant reports to funding sources

Facilitate Reflective Program Meeting to support student development around maternal-infant mental health.

Coordinate student videotaping support for Infant, Early Childhood and Family Mental Health.

Collaborate on program planning for Infant, Early Childhood and Family Mental Health Certificate Program.

Collaboration on grant preparation and program evaluation for research.

Collaboration on manuscripts.

Additional Information:
It is anticipated that this position will be hired at 40 percent with the possibilty of increasing up to 75 percent
