Hello, Are you interested in a Temporary â€" or Temp to Perm Mental Health position in Wisconsin? ABOU! T THE LOCATION: Green Bay, WisconsinABOUT THE POSITION: Setting: Outpatient Adult CareDates: 8/5/13 â€" ongoing (2-3 month minimum)Schedule: Monday â€" Friday, 8am â€" 4:40pm. May include 1-2 evenings. No Call.Patients per day: Approx 12. MINIMUM QUALIFICAITONS: PMHNP Certification WI License (or the ability to get one)DEA (or the ability to get one)LOGISTICS: Local housing will be provided is needed and travel will be arranged or reimbursed. COMPENSATION: $50-60 per hour, depending on qualifications. Malpractice Insurance Included.
