Rogers Partners in Behavioral Health has an exciting new opportunity to serve as a Manager of Inpatient Psychiatry Services at ProHealth Care (Waukesha Memorial Hospital). The Nurse Manager will provide operations leadership for inpatient psychiatry unit and coordinate inpatient care with other levels of treatment.
Ideal candidates will be a Registered Nurse and possess a bachelor degree in Nursing with 3-5 years of inpatient psychiatry management experience. Familiarity with clinical regulatory requirements preferred.
We are seeking leaders with proven ability to:
Effectively manage and coordinate day-to-day operations for an inpatient psychiatric unit
Drive expected quality, regulatory, operational and financial outcomes.
Provide service to Waukesha Memorial Hospital in a manner that consistently exceeds expectations.
