As a Customer Support you will:
Support of all customers requests in German by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns)
Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information LED lamps, possibilities of pairing devices, wirelessly managing by app
What are the differences between these devices before ordering
Answers delivery questions like: I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue

Communicative English

What do we offer?
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) :
283 gross x 12 months or 1100 gross x 14 months,
up to 100 gross performance bonus,
7,23 NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
Full time employment contract for 3 months trial period and after that it will be extended indefinitely (according to the Portuguese law)
Complete online hiring process regulated
Work in home office: Monday to Saturday 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m (40h& 5days per week) with free Sundays and 1 rotating day off
Private health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
