You will make a direct impact by guiding and managing Spryker towards its global expansion targets whilst being the right hand to CRO Edmund Frey, collaborating very closely with your peers from the Global Sales teams to improve operational effectiveness.

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
- Set a bar for what world class Sales Operations looks like, driving the GTM forward towards our company targets and delivering improvements together with your team.
- Guide the GTM teams to success by owning operational cadences around forecasting, setting clear expectations whilst executing related pipeline qualification exercises.
- Act as a right hand to the CRO by continuously analyzing the health of the business and proactively recommending improvement measures.
- Ensure progress of the commercial goals by managing the top deal list with the sales leadership, ensuring the actionable outcomes to deliver business growth.
- Perform regular inspection of account planning and strategies, focussing on growth and embedding Spryker into our customers portfolio.
- Drive visibility and data-driven decision making in the GTM team by building, running and automating various funnel, pipeline, market and KPI related forecasts, reports and dashboards (including Salesforce reporting).
- Influence business strategies, GTM and headcount planning activities by using data driven insights, turning those to value adding recommendations for the Sales leadership.
- Make the sales machine run faster by proactively identifying bottlenecks in the sales and revenue processes and tooling, optimizing both to increase sales velocity.
- Manage cross functional strategic initiatives to ensure optimal efficiency and ensure success across the business (eg with marketing, finance, business intelligence, customer success etc).
- Inspire, manage and coach your team, driving both your and your team's personal development to take it to the next level.
- Support internal team meetings by managing expectations and goals upfront, contributing to agenda and content preparation, and following up on action items agreed during the meetings.
- Partner with the Financial planning team to continuously review and manage the GTM team financial budgets.
- You have a proven track record in leading a similar Global Sales Operations function, and are excited about working in hyper growth environments and building world class Sales Ops.
- Over 5 years of sales ops experience operating in a complex B2B enterprise technology driven SaaS company, with good understanding of deal desk, price quote approvals, renewal processes etc.
- Previous experience in managing and coaching a team.
- You are a real team player that collaborates well with senior leaders (both within sales and cross-functionally), builds strong trust-based relationships internally and externally, and has the confidence to challenge business partners and resolve roadblocks.
- Ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, and leading Sales Ops initiatives that support and accelerate these objectives.
- You are highly analytical, numbers driven and structured with strong project management and process optimisation skills.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and drive the execution of a strategy in a globally scaling organization with conflicting priorities.
- Proactiveness and strong conceptual thinking to create a well-aligned Sales Operations strategy and drive yourself and your team towards execution.
- You have a global big picture thinking, combined with a meticulous attention to detail.
- You are intellectually curious, like challenging the status quo, and learning is a natural process and inspiration for you.
- You actually enjoy working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, while embracing change positively.
- You strive for innovation and are curious and passionate for anything AI and automation related.
- You are fluent in English. German is a plus but not mandatory.
- You are skilled in Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot, Miro. And a master in Excel and Tableau.
- You are based in Europe.
