Wanted for Aluminium TIG Welder at Thirumudivakkam
Responsibilities
Good exposure in welding and gas cutting equipment Communicate with superior for briefing of welding works.
Responsible in maintaining the plant equipment, tools in good order and maintenance.
Ensure all testing and monitoring equipment /instruments are identified and maintained in good order at all times
Reading and interpreting drawings, manuals and code specifications
Improving operational efficiency through effective control of resources and managing the quality deliverance time/deadlines.
- Following the manufacturing process.
- Strict adherence to safety norms.
- Strict adherence to personal hygiene norms.
- Maintaining the work discipline.
- Achieve Daily Production
- Achieve Productivity and Cycle Time as per norm
- Control Rejection and Rework
- Maintaining high level of quality with Zero rejection
Education: Technical qualification, ITI is preferred.
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Experience in reputed fabrication workshop, company. Any class approved welder (WPS) certification is added advantage.
