In your role as a member of the Product Marketing team, you will develop content that supports our Sales objectives. The Content Writer will be responsible for researching and crafting engaging marketing content in collaboration with our Product Marketing Managers. The ideal candidate is a wordsmith with a talent for developing precise content that aligns with our positioning & messaging.

Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content about our product for different audiences: internal stakeholders, MSPs, and customers from a wide range of verticals.
- Edit, proofread, and improve existing content and/or drafts from stakeholders for accuracy, grammar, relevancy, and style.
- Ensure all-around consistency and brand alignment in writing style and voice and collaborate with Style Guide owner to make sure it’s always up-to-date and applicable to the organization’s different range of content types.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure content meets the needs of the organization.
- Support Product Marketing Managers in devising, testing & implementing messaging that speaks to our verticals, tracking usage of content and the like.
- Own content governance and management, including organized storage, roles/permissions, labelling/tagging, making related announcements for new and updated content, tracking content creation and update dates to ensure content is always updated in a timely manner, etc.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing or other similar role for a highly technical product
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to quickly understand our products and services, and create content that accurately reflects our brand and values
- Familiarity with best practices for asset management
- Must be able to onboard yourself to basic SaaS tools including project management, ticketing, Git, knowledge management and other similar platforms
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Zeplin & Canva is an advantage
- Experience writing for cybersecurity is an advantage
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
