Our LPN/CMA's are responsible for assisting with clinical and admi! nistrative functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring patient flow, returning phone messages, rooming patients, obtaining patient histories and vital signs, assisting with patient education, administering medications, assisting with procedures, maintaining medical records, stocking rooms, and responding to medical emergencies.

Qualifications summary

LPN Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Maintain State LPN licensure in state where employed
• Maintain CPR certification
• One year related experience highly desirable
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism and service

excellence

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to gather clinical data
• Ability to instruct patients
• Ability to provide emotional support with compassion and respect

for the individual

• Ability ! to work as a member of the care team
• Ability to maint! ain confidentiality of medical records
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of infection control
• Basic Computer Skills
• Maintain proficiency in UW Healthlink

Medical Assistant Qualifications:

• Completion of Medical Assistant Program
• Maintain Medical Assistant Certification / Registration
• Medical Assistant Certification / Registration must be obtained

within one year or three testing periods from the date of hire.

• Maintain CPR certification
• One year related experience highly desirable
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism and service

excellence

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
