The Consultant People Analytics & Digital HR advises, supports the HR Management Team and works closely with other departments within HR as well as within Alliander. In this role:
- You develop a vision and roadmap on Digitization, starting with a vision on People Analytics for HR
- You work together with your colleagues from Strategy & Portfolio, the HR MT and the Strategy, IT and Finance departments in identifying, creating support, implementing and continuously improving relevant innovations
- You stay informed of relevant developments, insights and best practices. Ensure support, lead and guide HR as a whole, IT, Finance and the Organization as a whole in implementing them.
- You are and remain informed about digitization opportunities in HR and you support the HR MT in identifying growth opportunities. You will also work together with relevant stakeholders (IT, Reporting House, ...) in its implementation.

The new HR Strategy & Portfolio department plays an important role in the transition of Alliander as a whole and HR in particular. With a curious and open view to the outside world, we are constantly looking for innovative and smart ideas to make our current way of working and our organization more effective, decisive and cost efficient.
Because we know the organization well, we ensure that we bring in the right innovations, create buy-in enable a successful implementation. Topics we work on include People Strategy, People Analytics, Digitization, Organizational Effectiveness, Strategic Workforce Planning, Change Management and Portfolio Management.

Your background
There is a need for outstanding consulting skills to enable the team and the business to work more effectively and efficiently. Therefor you have a convincing track record as a consultant organizational effectiveness. You have a clear vision, love complex business issues, know how to implement them decisively and know the importance of stakeholder management. You are analytical, understand the business and continue to act effectively even in ambiguous situations.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:
- Academic working and thinking level (Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar) supplemented with 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- You have a strong vision and deep relevant work experience with digitization and people analytics
- You are aware of the latest developments in your field and bring best practices that you can apply within Alliander.
- Based on your expertise, you are a Thought leader
- You are strong in stakeholder management at various levels and layers in the organization.
- You have an analytical view but also operational strength.
- You are self-starting, pragmatic and result-oriented.
- You know how to convince others based on enthusiasm and are a team player.
- Affinity with the energy sector and the ambition to make an impact within it.
For this role extensive proficiency in Dutch is required
