Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or sales is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
Language skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is often required for this role, as the candidate will be required to communicate with both local and international clients.
Communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, build and maintain relationships, and negotiate contracts is essential.
Leadership skills: The ability to manage a team, delegate responsibilities, motivate team members, and drive sales is important for this role.
Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools is required .
Sales skills: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and analyzing sales data is highly desirable.
