To provide general reception, registration, and scheduling support to the patients and clinicians in a courtesy and friendly atmosphere.
Front De! sk Staff greet, register, pre auth and reschedule appointments and Medical records at front desk in Oshkosh. This person is the support staff person who supports Psychiatrists and mental health providers at TCBH Oskhosh. Front Desk Staff complete a variety of support staff work including scanning, registration work queues, outcome survey entry, etc. Monday thru Thursday in Oshkosh. Shift primary day hours. 1 possibly 2 nights a week to 6:00 pm instead of 5:00 pm. Friday’s hours at 1095 Midway Rd, Menasha, WI.
May be asked to cover front desk positions in Menasha and Waupaca when staff is on PTO. Or may be asked to help with other functions at Midway such as pre auth, call center.
Job Qualifications:
Must have the willingness to work in a changing environment. Ability to work with diverse
patient population. Experience in clinical setting. Previous customer service experience.
Proficient and accurate in data entry. Ability to ! multi-task and is flexible in their thinking
and prob! lem solving. EPIC software knowledge a plus.
