Will wait for licensure. ABOUT THE LOCATION: 2 opportunities available. 1 is located south of Milwaukee, on the coast of Lake Michigan, 1 is located in South Central WI â€" on the Illinois border. ABOUT THE POSITION: Setting: Community Health Setting â€" Besides offering Psychiatric services, the clinic offers Primary Care and Dental services.
This position is Psych only.Dates: 1/28/13 â€" for 3 to 6 months for temporary position Schedule: Monday â€" Friday, 8am â€" 5pm. May work until 8pm 1 day a week.Patients per day: 8MINIMUM QUALIFICAITONS: MUST be trained and Board Certified as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Adult only acceptable, Adult & Child is preferred. MUST have a minimum of 1 year post training experience for Temporary positionLOGISTICS: (for temp position only)Will provide local lodging and Travel reimbursement.
Will provide Malpractice Insuranc! e.
