Responsibilities:
This exciting position is a challenging combination of outpatient psychotherapist and clinic lead. The lead role requires utilizing excellent communication skills between manager/organization and clinic team. Teaches,! coaches, grows team members. Promotes engaged team members by! actively fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and accountability. Participates on a dynamic Leadership Team with other Behavioral Health Leads, Managers, and Director. Represents clinic staff ideas and concerns in a constructive manner.

Providing Psychotherapy to individuals, families, and couples along the developmental life span to include children and adolescents.
Working as a team with a staff of psychotherapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists for regular consultation, collaboration, and referral development.
Creating your own referral sources through building relationships with primary care, psychiatrists, EAP counselors, school counselors, and other providers.
Demonstrating knowledge in diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of depressive and anxiety disorders, ADHD, eating disorders, and other common DSM presenting problems.
Demonstrating knowledge regarding the interface between med! ical care and behavioral health care.
Providing strength based and solution focused interventions.
Drawing on knowledge in the practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Stress Management.
Willingness to develop specialty area of practice as needed.
Marketing these skills by writing articles, doing community presentations, or other media related activities
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and pr! ocedures.
Current Clinical Social, Marriage and Family Therapi! st, Professional Counselor license granted by the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
Advanced level knowledge of Social Work, Psychology, Guidance Counseling, and/or Mental Health Nursing, or a related field, equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regionally accredited master's degree program.
Requires a minimum of 3,000 hours of demonstrated experience in the provision of psychotherapeutic services.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform this job are typically acquired through a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Psychotherapist.
Desired Qualifications
Personal and emotional maturity, integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to function in a complex mental health deliver service system.
Demonstrate exception verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in referral development and marketing efforts to generate new busi! ness.
Prefer AODA certification, Eating Disorder experience.
Scheduled Hours:
Includes two evenings per week. Prefer latest appointment to be 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.
