The Te! ch - Patient Care performs basic patient care activities to patients in assigned area.
Responsibilities:
Assists with treatments ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Assists with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
Education & Experience:
One year of related experience preferred.
Microsoft Office experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program, or must be enrolled and in good standing in an accredited nursing program with at least one adult clinical successfully completed.
Graduate of a HUC program also preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider required.
Certifie! d Nurse Assistant (CNA) at time of hire.
