can choose to work full-time in the outpatient clinic or to split the work day
between inpatient rounds and outpatient appointments. Call is shared 1:5 for
the physician choosing the second option, although a physician choosing all
outpatient must be flexible enough to take occasional call when someone is on
vacation. Patient population is 16 years and up; there is a Board Certified
Gero-Psychiatrist on staff for that age group. In addition to outstanding

attainable RVU compensation thereafter, which will increase your earnings
