Meriter Medical Group, a dynamic and growing multispecialty group of more than 120 physicians and part of a stable ! integrated health care delivery system, is actively recruiting a BE/BC Addiction Medicine physician or a BE/BC Addiction Psychiatrist to join its established NewStart Addiction Medicine program in Madison, Wisconsin. -Meriter†s NewStart program offers a comprehensive scope of Addiction Medicine services, including inpatient detoxification, as well as General and Intensive Outpatient Therapy services -The practice model includes inpatient consultations at Meriter Hospital, a 448-bed Top 100 Thomson Reuters Hospital®, and working in an outpatient clinic -Physicians are able to practice a full range of Addiction services -1:3 inpatient call; clinic call is limited, and is covered by phone -Additional support resources include Addiction Counselors, Adult Medicine Hospitalists, and an Advanced Practice provider -Aggressive growth in the primary care base supports Meriter Medical Group†s specialists and provides a built-in referral baseWith a metro population of over 570,000! , Madison is home to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and t! he State Capital, and consistently ranks as one of the top places in the country to live, work, go to school, play and raise a family.
