Job Description:
- Technical and Functional Subject-Matter Expert (SME) Support of Customer/1 application
- Perform Requirements Gathering
- Perform Functional Analysis
- Document Functional Requirements
- Complete User Approvals and Sign-Off of Requirements
- Develop User Acceptance Test Plans
- Develop Post-Production Verification Requirements
- Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers
- Support and analyse production abends and end-user application issues
- Support the development, review training materials, and participate in the implementation of the training as appropriate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.93 - $21.08 per hour
