Pluto LA is a luxury rooftop space specifically tailored to host events, pop-up nightclubs, and film shoots. Our space includes a helicopter pad that is surrounded by professionally designed greenery that creates a welcoming, enticing, and inspiring ambiance. Towering over 200 feet in the sky, with an ultimate view of Los Angeles including the Hollywood sign, the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Griffith Observatory, Downtown LA, Century City, and Southern California Coastline. Pluto LA will now be having nightclub nights, every first and third friday of every month.
Pluto LA is seeking an experienced and professional Bottle Service Waitress to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the nightlife industry, possess strong communication skills, and work well in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests in selecting bottles and mixers from the menu
- Manage and serve bottles to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor and ensure the safety of guests by adhering to responsible serving practices
- Upsell and promote additional bottle service and menu items
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and fellow team members
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure all cash and credit card transactions are accurately processed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
