Job Summary:
Customer Service Representatives are the help desk and technical support for people needing assistance with the program’s enrollment, participation website, app and answers questions regarding the program. They also provide technical assistance to consortium partners who may need help with program-related technology platforms.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in providing customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.70 - $33.65 per hour
