Job Posting for TMS Intake Coordinator at TMS Marketing Solutions
TMS Marketing Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a TMS Intake Coordinator role who are eager to help patients attain superior treatment outcomes through communication, education and scheduling evaluations. More specifically, we are looking for individuals with a focus in behavioral health and/or experience within the mental healthcare industry. The position requires a background in Healthcare, Mental Healthcare and/or a strong understanding of MDD or behavioral health. The responsibilities of the TMS Intake Coordinator role revolve primarily around the daily utilization of our custom CRM to communicate, educate, pre-screen and schedule interested patients for a TMS New Patient Evaluation for our clients. TMS Marketing Solutions offers an Appointment Booking service for our marketing clients where we take on the responsibilities with scheduling prospected patients who are interested in getting evaluated and ultimately started with the TMS treatment protocol.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy is a safe and effective treatment that uses MRI strength pulses to treat the cause of mood disorders like depression, anxiety and OCD. Unlike medication, which only treats symptoms, TMS Therapy targets the neurological problem: disconnected neural networks in the brain.
Other responsibilities include oversight of all generated leads within the CRM, collaboration, scheduling, and excellent customer service to meet the needs of the clients clinic standards. This position will work closely with our small team and the prescribing physician to coordinate a seamless scheduling process. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: experience with TMS, a service-focused mindset, good written and verbal communication skills, and a comfort with interacting and building relationships with doctors and patients. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong interest in healthcare management and identifies as a motivated, diligent worker.
